FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Many things effect pricing, such as bushes or trees in the way of the gutters, do I have to bag the leaves or can I just blow them out in the yard, is the roof walkable, is the house itself on a steep incline, how high it is, do I have to remove and replace gutter guard, how bad the gutters actually are, do the downspouts just let out onto the ground, or do they run underground and much more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I have to get a name address and way of contact. Then I schedule a day to give an estimate. The estimate itself will only take about five minutes when I have finished I will schedule a day to do the job or just go ahead and do it that day. Lastly, I will send a invoice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have well over a year of experience and to be honest, as far as this kind of work goes, that is all you really need more important than experience is a willingness to do the job right and honesty when you make a mistake.
