FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because stone cost varies from type to design, a new stone counter top job can't be priced without specific information such as SF usage and design. I do offer FREE ESTIMATES to help my clients budget for the cost of new counter tops.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
HOW IT WORKS: We work with both private clients and builders, individuals and businesses! FOR TILE: Give us a call first! If you are going to remodel any area of your home or business, give us a call for an estimate first! ESTIMATES are free of charge! We will measure your entire area! Along with the estimate we will provide you with other valuable information such as: quantity of materials you'll need, existing issues to watch out for, and even an estimate for removal of current product! We can also help you find the best tile product for the end look you envision. Our 10+ years in the industry has taught us which products are the best for different situations! REMEMBER on any tile job, if you purchase the tile product directly INSPECT IT at the time of delivery! FOR STONE COUNTER TOPS: The most important things to have in mind before remodeling with new stone counter tops are (1) Budget and (2) design. We can help you with both! If you have a counter top layout, we can offer you a preliminary estimate based on SF of the layout. This way you'll have an idea of what's left in the budget for product! We are happy to meet you at our suppliers so you can see and personally choose the product that's right for your job. FREE TIP: Always take a cabinet and/or tile sample with you so you can get a clear view of how the stone will look with your design. Once your cabinets are installed we come out and template. At this time, changes, additions and actual SF can be determined and we can send you an invoice with actual total cost including product. Then all that's left for you to do is sit back and wait for the counter tops of your dreams!
