Fernando is someone that I trust with all maintenance and property care at my Smokies 5 bedroom cabin. He is knowledgeable about a wide range of repairs/maintenance requests that are required at my property. Some of the work he's done for me include: painting, flooring, downspouts drain repair, gutter cleaning, cabin staining, changing light bulbs, resealing and caulking all my windows and exterior doors, and any other ad-hoc maintenance. I would definitely recommend him! He's also punctual, trustworthy and honest.

Have been coming to Gatlinburg for now almost 50 years. Finding a contractor / subcontractor who is dependable, competent and reasonable. Not so with Ronaldo and his associate. They gave me a quote to stain my deck and replaced some boards that had warped. They started promptly and worked diligently until the project was completed. On a scale of 1-10 I would give them an 11 ! An incredible positive experience and would not hesitate to recommend them for a variety of jobs. They do deck work, interior and exterior painting, construction and remodeling.
