Hired them to help me move furniture I could not do alone. They worked hard and fast the whole time. I asked for 2 hr and showed them the two rooms I needed moved they did my whole Apt and finished early. If anything looks broken or out of place they ask immediately but other than that they keep themselves working. Thank you guys!

From the time Lance Mitchell of Mitchell Moving responded to my request for quotes, for moving my wife and I's furniture, online through "Thumbtack", I couldn't have asked for a friendlier, more competent mover with whom to work. This was my first experience with seeking workers online and with Thumbtack. As such, and being a non-computer geek, I was initially a little hesitant to trust this important job to a complete stranger met only on an online service. But Lance changed all that. He was very prompt in responding to my requests for a quote to move us, and he gave us a very reasonable price. He always responded promptly to all my emails and contacts, and he was very respectful and responsible. On the day of our scheduled move, Lance and his workers showed up promptly with a nice truck and the proper equipment to accomplish our local move. They were very friendly and took care not to damage any of our furniture, some pieces of which were very large and bulky. There was no complaining or hesitancy by Lance or any of his men--it truly was service with a smile. My wife and I were totally pleased with Lance Mitchell and Mitchell Moving, and if we ever need Movers again, I would definitely use Lance.

These three guys (Lance, Adam and Mike) were MAGNIFICENT! We needed help unloading our furniture and possessions from an "overloaded" 26' moving truck, and getting the stuff moved into place in the new house. The whole crew showed up exactly when promised, they were exceedingly courteous, and they worked at breakneck speed (all while handling our items, including numerous primitive antiques, with the utmost care). All of this highly-valued service was delivered at a very fair price. Five Stars, all the way!!

Had them meet us at Costco to pick up two substantial bookcases to bring them home and then place upstairs in our bonus room. In addition we had Lance bring a futon down from upstairs to our office. Lance did what he said he would do, was punctual, effective and very polite.
