We ended up needing service on a Saturday and we were very thankful to have a quick response. Rueben did an excellent job. He made sure to show me the issue and got it resolved. He even cleaned up some water that had leaked and pulled everything out from under the sink so it could dry properly. Thanks again Rueben!

Want to give a shout-out to Mark and Rueben!! They are excellent at what they do!! Had a hot water heater to go out. They came and looked at it... And the next day... They put in a new one.
