I started my apprenticeship in England 2007 and have been a lone contractor since then. I moved to Tennessee in 2016 to continue my craft, I am a carpenter/tiler by trade although I do qualify with a general knowledge of all remodeling aspects. I specialize in bathroom and kitchen remodels which I have now been being doing professionally for 12 years. I focus on attention to detail and customer satisfaction 100%. I pride myself and Phoenix Renovations llc on a high standard of work.

He came to do a deck for me and everything went so well, I asked him to look at a couple of small things. He told me how to fix them but I just ended up paying him to do them (plumbing leak, bad spots of drywall). Very professional and does neat work, very impressed.

Built a new Deck for me in Saddlebrooke Subd. Halls Knoxville Tennessee. He took the old deck off carried it off and built me a new one by himself. He did such a amazing job I would recommend him to anyone. My neighbor across the Street came over and loved what he was doing (building) my deck. She wanted him to come when he finished mine and give her a estimate to build her a deck hers was also old and needing replacing also. I could not see her deck from my house hers was on the back of her home also. I later heard he finished her deck and she was shocked at the perfect job he did. She also will give referrals to her friends in our Subd when they need theirs replaced. Definitely I would recommend him for anything you need updated or replaced. I have a houseboat that needs updated he is going to come me a estimate soon. This young man is efficient, hard working, finishes in a timely manner plus he only missed a couple days due to rain. It was still winter when he started and finished the job.
Thank you Ken Sweeney! He has couple more jobs some out of town before he can start on my houseboat. I just need it finished before Memorial weekend I have no doubt with the way he works late that my big job will be done by or before middle of May. Then time to enjoy with my family and friends Ken and his family will definitely be invited here. Awesome family man too!
