We used One Service Pros to add Can lighting to a first floor and a unfinished basement 18 lights total , and add some GFCIs in the kitchen for about 1100 sq ft house about 3,100 quote. We also quoted swapping out outlets with new receptacles but decided not to do that because quote was about 1,000 which we felt was a bit high for a simple task. Had a great initial impression with estimate. Work started- first electrician out says not sure why I am here wiring this , we should be rewiring the entire house, but Ive already done 8 hrs of work, so it's too late now. After many change orders, and about 5 different electricians or sub contractors coming to the house , numerous conversations and visits by their management the job was completed. One of the many electricians did the outlets-although it was not part of the work order. One Service "included " the outlets at "no cost" because of their error. Initial estimate was 3,000 final cost was 5900. Where the outlets thrown back into the final price? - guess you can be the judge of that. We understand change orders and even budget for them, we don't even care the final cost was double. My issue lies in the miscommunication, several different electricians being sent that did not know what the last one had done, and if the final price is double with change orders, that means before the first electrician began work, they should have stopped- reevaluated and given a different professional recommendation on repairs. The customer is not the electrician we rely on the professional to make sound recommendations. Throughout the process we felt treated as if we were causing the problem or being an annoyance(we were not). At the end of it all they stopped returning our calls for a few days, finally called back and offered to set me up for another ESTIMATE in like 5 days- because they felt they were done with everything. We had to call a different electrician to finish the job because they left things undone that were not up to code. That was another $600. We did use their plumber who did an excellent job. The plumber did have to do the job 3x, because 1 of the many electricians told the plumber to move pipes after he had already done the job correctly the first time- plumber did move everything back to its proper place and we were not charged for the extra day of work. Cannot make this stuff up- Not what I expected to say the least.

I hired One Service Pros to replace the main water pipe coming from the meter to the house. Josh, possibly the plumber, came to assess the situation and I had a reasonable quote within a few hours. A directional bore company needed to be scheduled as well as a plumber to drill so that my sidewalk and driveway would be spared. The following day, a Saturday, Peter called to tell me that everything was scheduled for Monday and that Id have the water on by Monday night. I was shocked to hear from a company in a weekend as that was a first for me. I am very pleased to have running water again and I am impressed with how quickly the service was completed. Everyone that I spoke to was very kind and professional. My husband said that the updates to the plumbing look great. I would definitely recommend the company.
