I was having issues with my A/C that had had been replaced (by a different company) and had I hard time trying to contact them. I reach out to American Veterans to see if they could send someone out to help. They sent me Matthew and was he great. I explained the issue of the upstairs was not keeping cool and instead got hot. I had a feeling of what it was due to the same unit being replaced for the same problem. Matthew listened and reassured me that he will find out what was going on. He told me it was a leak and explained what options I could do. I decided to go with having them apply a leak guard. I now have a cool house for the really hot days. Thank you Matthew!

We keep pricing upfront and honest. Veterans receive $1,000 off full system replacements. Military members, first responders and service plan members receive 5% off qualifying repairs. We’ll always explain your options before starting work so there are no surprises.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning what issue you’re having and gathering basic equipment details when available, such as system age, brand, and type. From there, we schedule a visit, inspect the system, explain what we find, and give clear repair or replacement options before any work begins.
