- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep pricing upfront and honest. Veterans receive $1,000 off full system replacements. Military members, first responders and service plan members receive 5% off qualifying repairs. We’ll always explain your options before starting work so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning what issue you’re having and gathering basic equipment details when available, such as system age, brand, and type. From there, we schedule a visit, inspect the system, explain what we find, and give clear repair or replacement options before any work begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on HVAC training, years of field experience, and a strong family background in the trade. AVU Heating & Air is built on real-world experience, continuing education, and a commitment to doing the job the right way — not just the fast way.
