Ian came to my house for the initial quote on mowing the lawn. The grass was double the normal length after a few weeks of growing. He offered to mow it then and remove excess grass after cutting it. I appreciated the responsiveness. I needed it mowed for about 5 weeks after that, which he did. He was punctual and pricing was fair. His work is thorough and has good attention to detail. Very happy with the way he does business!

The work was good when he would come out. He agreed to every other week, however only came out once every month and that was with me having to continuously message him asking when he'd be there. Time after time he would give me a date and just never show up. When I confronted him about this, his excuse was that that my yard has too much dog poop and "trash" to be able to perform the job for the money. He was aware prior to accepting the job that I own three very large dogs (collectively weighing 250+ lbs) and they do produce a lot of poop.
