CR Moving LLC was completely unprepared to do the move we contracted. We provided everything from product dimensions, weight, and pictures of path of travel for the wine fridge we hired them to move. They showed up with a machine that was sure to damage our steps. They had no idea how to actually secure the fridge to the lift unit. It was completely off center and when it fell and had to be caught, was damaged. This is a brand new $3k unit. After providing moving blankets, straps, and my own labor, the unit was failed to be moved into place. They were clearly going to damage the interior of my home, so I had to fire the team from the job. After they left, it was clear they damaged our brand new fridge. I called and messaged them about their damage and they have been nothing but terrible in claiming responsibility for their failed move and damage to our unit. I’ve been in the trades for 15 years on the client relationship side of things. This team was completely unprepared and now is making me “prove” they damaged our brand new wine fridge that they were provided pictures of prior to the move. I took a chance hiring a newer “professional” moving company to do a heavy lift their profile says they are qualified to perform and now, my fridge is still in the garage with damage from their failed move. Now, I have to fight them in “proving” they damaged our brand new fridge and still find a little qualified team to perform the lift. Terrible. CR Moving LLC, this is the wrong way to “launch” your business. Make this right.
