- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To meet the customer face to face. Introduce myself and then ask them “what can I do for you”.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started as a flooring installer when I was 16 years old. 25 years later I’ve mastered all aspects of installing commercial and residential flooring. Working on such projects as setting tile at the Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport, “ABBA’s House “ in Hixson, and at Erlanger medical center’s Heart institute. Now I’m adding custom showers built from scratch and everything thing else that is under your roof. P.s. I don’t do roofing.
