My wife and I have had Jake come take care of tasks around the house several time over the past 12-15 months. Each time he meets (or usually exceeds) our expectations. Very respectful, cordial, willing to take on just about anything (except painting). And he powers through everything quickly without sacrificing quality. I have no qualms recommending Jake.
