- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparent pricing and competitive rates. We'll provide you with a clear guaranteed estimate before your move, so you know what to expect. We offer discounts and special offers, especially during off-peak moving seasons or for repeat customers. In addition to that we have a military and senor citizen discount of 10% off supplies and labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll schedule a consultation to discuss your specific moving needs. During this conversation, we'll gather important information about your move, such as the size of your home, the distance of the move, your desired moving date, and any special requirements you may have. In-home and video estimates are always suggested for larger or more complicated moves. We will then provide you with a detailed, itemized quote that includes the cost of the move, any additional services, and a breakdown of charges.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our movers receive extensive training, which involves learning how to pack, load and move items safely and efficiently. As well as training in lifting techniques, equipment operation, and proper safety protocols to prevent injuries during the moving process.
