My name is Lisa Manners, and I have 5 years of experience in appliance repair and automotive maintenance in the field. I am EPA certified and insured as of Sept 2023. I can rebuild or build just about anything and enjoy putting things together that did not come with directions. I grew up helping my dad work on appliances and helping customers. I understand the urgency of your situation and will come out to your location as soon as possible. Communication is key, and I will always keep you in the loop. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
85$ to come out and tell you what is wrong and how to fix it or I'll do it for you at 80$ an hour plus the price of parts. The 85$ is applied to the repair if you go with a repair. Some jobs can take several hours to complete.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will always communicate as I identify the problem, give solutions and preform the repair if hired.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with appliances for years and took a course at St Petersburg, Florida's PTEC, for AC maintenance and installation to learn more in 2021. I have also completed the EPA National Recycling and Emission Reduction Program at ESCO Institute and hold a section 608 certification.
