My name is Lisa Manners, and I have 5 years of experience in appliance repair and automotive maintenance in the field. I am EPA certified and insured as of Sept 2023. I can rebuild or build just about anything and enjoy putting things together that did not come with directions. I grew up helping my dad work on appliances and helping customers. This was my best experience, by far, finding a tech that is proficient in her knowledge of LG refridgerators. Lisa went above and beyond to get my appliance up and running and made sure the maintence was also taken care of, even cleaning the area over the drip pan in back. To say I was impressed is an understatement!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
65$ to come out and tell you what is wrong and how to fix it or I'll do it for you at 60$ an hour plus the price of parts. The 65$ is applied to the repair if you go with a repair. Some jobs can take several hours to complete.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will always communicate as I identify the problem, give solutions and preform the repair if hired.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with appliances for years and took a course at St Petersburg, Florida's PTEC, for AC maintenance and installation to learn more in 2021. I have also completed the EPA National Recycling and Emission Reduction Program at ESCO Institute and hold a section 608 certification.
