- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start with a phone discussion to get a feel for what the customer needs and determine how best we can serve them. Once we move to the next step, we schedule follow-up calls or emails depending on the client preferences. As work gets started, we keep our clients up-to-date on project status, questions and items needed.
