My gas water heater wasn't working well. Jason stated it could be 2 things needed replacing and the approximate price vs a new one. He also told me about code updates and my present heat would not pass this. I got the new one and he got me to code for when i sell my house. Very nice and very professional. Enjoyable experience.

Jason was awesome. He helped me identify the underground leak in my front yard, which was quietly wasting my family hundreds of dollars a month. He arrived on time, uncovered the leak, purchased the parts he needed, and completed the repair in less than 90 minutes. He only charged me for an hour of work, and parts. If I ever have another plumbing issue I will absolutely be calling on Jason to help. (And should be noted that a different plumber came out to help me the day before Jason arrived, and he wasn't able to identify the leak.)

Our pricing is very reasonable and competitive. We do not charge a trip charge for estimates. We offer a "repeat customer" discount of 10% on future services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is our main goal to let the customer know that they are being taken care of in an honest, reliable manner. We like to educate our customers on the process and how the problem is being resolved.
