I am extremely efficient with my work therefore do it charge by the hour. I will bid projects over the phone or in person. * I do not charge a service call fee but have a $125 minimum project cost. Services included: plumbing, electrical, some HVAC projects, painting, drywall, appliance installation, fixture installation, small flooring projects, furniture assembly, tv mounting, fence repair, deck repair, deck staining and general handyman projects.
