I do maintenance cleanings only. I no longer do move outs or just once cleanings. I prefer to have a schedule and work with regular client's and most of the time I work alone. Smallest job I'm willing to take is 1.5 hours. largest jobs 4 hours. I do not go by hourly rate. I go by house or apt. I can look at a job generally and have a ball park idea of how many hours it will take me. However, sometimes first time cleans will take longer than it will if I'm coming back on a regular basis. So that first cleaning rate maybe a bit higher, but moving forward after that I will have a set rate for you. What makes me different from others is I don't mind picking toys or starting a load of laundry when I get there and dishes is fine too. I do like to have a to do list to go off of when I first clean for client's it helps to know what your home needs are. The hours you will see I'm "open" are the time slots I have availability for.
