- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always aim to offer fair, transparent pricing based on the size of the home and the level of cleaning needed. We offer 10% off your first clean, and if you book recurring services with us, we’ll apply the same discount to keep things affordable. No hidden fees—just honest work and sparkling results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client reaches out, Katie and I typically start with a quick call or text to go over their needs, budget, and timeline. From there, we usually like to schedule a walkthrough of the home to get a better idea of the space and give an accurate quote. Once everything’s agreed on, we’ll confirm the date and show up with all the supplies needed to get the job done right. We keep communication open every step of the way to make sure our clients feel comfortable and confident.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have years of hands-on experience with residential and move-out cleaning. We’ve handled everything from pet messes to post-construction dust, so we know what products and techniques work best on different surfaces. We’ve studied best practices for deep cleaning, sanitation, and safe chemical use, and we invest in high-quality tools to get the job done right. Just as important, we value clear communication and great customer service—making sure every client feels heard, respected, and 100% satisfied.
