Our belief is that people have been missing something that fits their lifestyle. In my years of training, I noticed that there are quick fix programs but no one has really truly focused on teaching people sustainability when it comes to health and wellness. We have 15+ years of evaluated experience in the industry and I have the formula to help our community get to a place of total health and wellness with fitness and nutrition.

Roshawn is very good. Listens to what your goals are and tailors the training to help you meet those goals. Sometimes I’m preparing for a long bike ride, he changes the training to help with that, obstacle course runs, race, etc he swaps up the training to help prepare you for what I’ll be doing. Some days full body, some days certain muscle groups, he also works in cardio and core. Very positive trainer who helps you improve. Also is good with helping you with nutrition and what you should be doing, eating, monitoring, etc. I highly recommend PEP Athletics.
