Had a backsplash demo/replaced by this team. Great work, good communication and flexibility. This is not my forever home and I was really looking to work within the confines of the existing space which presented some challenges due to prior poor craftsmanship. I charge by the foot on all applications whether it be the floor or a wall. I’ve been doing this a long time, I can have accurate pricing for you quickly. Al project payments are due upon completion of approved invoice.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-Get a written assessment of what you would like to do.
-Get a formal look at the job that you would like to have done.
-Give any advice on how it could be better or where to find what you are looking for.
-Give an estimate for the job.
-Sign a contract with what is being done and monies to be paid upon completion or upon a percentage completed (draw method for bigger jobs)
-Day one prep the job and get started
