Best thing I did was hire Fairy Tale Floral for coordinating our wedding. Selena was assigned to work with me and I was not disappointed! I only hired her for the day of the wedding, but she worked with me and reached out to me weekly to ensure all our needs were met. She truly went above and beyond than I had ever imagined. She is determined to make the process as easy as possible so that we were not stressed or worried about anything leading up to the wedding and throughout. One of the most amazing things that completely shocked me was that we got behind on finishing decorating before we had to go get dressed and without skipping a beat, she jumped in and finished where we left off! When we returned to the reception area after the ceremony, and I seen all the tables with the finished decor, I was taken back! She kept all the vendors on schedule and consistently checked in with me to make changes on the timeline which was amazing. Last but not least, she stayed behind to help clean and box everything back up!!!! She did all of this because she truly cares about people and expects nothing but gratitude which she has from us! We couldn’t have done it without her! Thank you so much! I wish we had photos to post if the decor but we won’t get the pictures back for a few weeks.

I recommend the Fairy Tale Floral Events and Wedding Coordination team to all my friends and family looking for a wedding planner/florist/wedding rental company. It was worth every cent! I got married in October of 2023 and hired Selina as my wedding planner: One of the best decisions I made for my wedding. She went above and beyond to make my wedding day stress free for my family and I. She is extremely dependable, organized, and such a kinda and likable person to work with. She constantly reassured and encouraged me throughout the planning process. And when the day came, everything happened seamlessly! Selina made sure that everyone was where they needed to be for each event, stepped in where needed, and was able to handle little mishaps calmly as they happened. They even sent a couple plates of food and cake for me and my husband to eat at our hotel that night. Such thoughtful people! Many of my family and friends have also mentioned how impressed they were with Selina and the team! The florist was extremely talented and kind as well and created beautiful fresh bouquets and boutonnieres for my bridal party. They really brought my vision to life! Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Fairy Tale Floral Events and Wedding Coordination. If given the choice to pick again, I would choose them without hesitation. I trust them completely! And I am sure that if you choose them, they will make your wedding just as beautiful and stress free as mine!

Selena. Was. The. Most. Valuable. Player. Of. Our. Entire. Wedding. She was our day of coordinator. My wedding was organized. I had plenty of help. And I truly thought the day of coordinator would be the least necessary thing. I. Was. So. Wrong. Selena ran the show. There were so many unforeseen mishaps that day that she and her assistant took care of, leaving me without worry. This includes, but is not limited to: two tornados, a power outage, several small children part of the wedding party running off, the wedding party collecting into one area, the start of the wedding, pictures!!!, a small fire at one of the tables, and vendors needing assistance/direction… Selena is responsible, intelligent, kind, and quick. She handles things. She was not stressed when everyone else was. Her assistant helped wrangle loose children and oversaw the wedding in general. Coming from a bride who really had no idea what the day of planner would be doing… I am humbled to know that they “do it all”. BUT be warned… not all day of coordinators are like this. I have heard several horror stories. Selena far exceeded my expectations. I will be referring her to everyone, so call quick.

Selena and her team were positively unbeatable at coordinating my daughter’s wedding. They thought of every little thing and allowed nothing to go astray. We were in fabulous hands and it brought a sense of peace and comfort in being able to rely on them to orchestrate such an important day. She was a blessing to us and I strongly recommend her 10/10.
