Johnny was very helpful. I was left with a torn up floor from another contractor. He made my problem his priority. Not only did he come in and complete the job, but he also fixed the errors of the other contractor. His work was quick and superior.

Johnny quickly responded to my ad. He came to my house the very same day I posted my ad and checked out the damage to my hardwood floor. He gave me a quote that I was happy with, then proceeded to start work on my hardwood floor. He was friendly, efficient and did a quality job.

Johnny is about the coolest floor professional that you will ever meet! He knows the business. He does excellent work at a reasonable fare price. He will provide suggestions to help reduce the cost before the work is performed. He comes from a family of flooring professionals (multiple generations). We didn’t have quite enough extra flooring for my job, but he MADE it work and I am sooooo pleased with the outcome.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a free estimate. The customer and I would then set down and go over everything they want. After reaching an agreement, the beauty of new flooring begins!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I stay up to date on all new materials to provide the newest knowledge to my customers. I also purchase updated tools.
