Project to remove deck and install new framing and deckboards. I made the Thumbtack request on Sat and got an immediate response. Met Tom at the house on Sun. They started on Wed and finished mid-day Thu. Work was perfect! Overall experience was great -- great communication (texted status during day), reliable (showed just as stated for everything), fairly pricing (no changes/surprises), and everyone was super friendly. Gets my recommendation (from a regular ThumbTack user).

Pappaws total property management thoroughly examined my deck to find exactly what needed to be done and gave me an estimate. They came on agreed day and worked steadily to accomplish replacing those floor boards, railings, step boards that were no longer good and even screwed tight loosened spindles. All was done very well and now I have a solid deck. They cleaned up their work areas perfectly. I am very pleased.
