- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are hourly I’m not bidding handyman work so I won’t be trying to over estimate like some contractors do to make sure I cover myself, you’ll just be paying what I’m worth per hour and no one leave’s unhappy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Great the customer ask that they show me the projects they would like done explain how long I think it could take and if there happy I’ll get to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ive spent many years learning and doing side jobs also I worked for a bigger handyman service locally.
