I treat every project as if I were working in my own home, and I strive to leave every customer confident that the job was completed safely and professionally. We provide clear estimates before work begins and communicate any changes upfront—no surprises. Our focus is on delivering safe, high-quality electrical work at a fair price. We also offer discounts to military members, first responders, and seniors whenever possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing the customer's project, concerns, and goals. After gathering the necessary details, we schedule an on-site visit if needed to evaluate the work and provide an estimate. Once approved, we complete the work efficiently, safely, and professionally while keeping the customer informed throughout the process. Before leaving, we verify everything is working properly and ensure the customer is completely satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on experience in residential and light commercial electrical work, including troubleshooting, installations, upgrades, and repairs. I stay current on electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices to ensure every job is completed safely and correctly. Continuous learning and attention to industry standards are important parts of delivering quality electrical services.
