- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a trouble shooting rate of $30.00/hr and two hour minimum allotment per job. All work can be given a more detailed bid if preferred, providing I have all the pertinent information.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll introduce myself and provide any credentials requested. Then I like my clients to walk me through what they need done. Ill explain how I'll accomplish this. At no point will I ask for, take from you, or write down ANY personal information, pin numbers or password.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
US Navy communication certificates. Several Jones NCTI certificates for broadband and fiber optic installation, repair, and maintenance. As well as several other in house training certificates for similar work.
