I had Kristy and Casey from Tovey’s LLC completely remodel a distressed rental property from the ground up. They did Sheetrock, electrical, plumbing, subfloor, flooring, bathtub replacement, shower replacement, interior and exterior painting, grading, gravel, siding repair, lighting and plumbing fixture installation, and everything else necessary to get my property ready to be profitable again. Any time there was a question or communication that needed to happen, it was in real-time via text or phone call. They saved me so much money and did fantastic work. The pictures don’t do it justice, they took absolute destruction and made it beautiful.

I was extremely fortunate to discover Tovey Construction LLC when I did. We just purchased a home in Knoxville and we still live in New York. The logistics were a nightmare for all the reasons you could imagine. Casey and Kristy were not only able to relieve the stress of our undertaking they gave us confidence boosts with every project. In a very short turn around time Tovey Construction LLC was able to turn our downstairs bathroom which was effective unusable into a perfectly functioning and comfortable bathroom. They did great work on all the fixtures, the plumbing and most impressively the way they left the bathroom when they finished. It was pristine.
Tovey Construction LLC also completed several other smaller but no less complicated projects for us during our initial move into our new house. All of these projects were important and time sensitive to make our home safe and comfortable. It was such a pleasure to have great professionals that could handle so many various projects. No matter what they were doing for us they always made us feel as if our project was a top priority.
Casey and Kristy were terrific at communicating and explaining the work they were completing. They kept us informed every step of the way. They made sure we understood what needed to be done and why. I also was extremely impressed with the problem solving abilities and the genuine initiative that Tovey Constriction LLC demonstrated while working at our home.
We have several other dream projects that we hope to be able to begin in the near future and we will definitely be calling upon Casey and Kristy of Tovey Construction LLC to tackle this work. I would encourage anyone to give Tovey Construction LLC an opportunity to complete your home improvement project. I am confident that whether it is a large or smaller task, you will be glad that you gave Casey and Kristy a call. Take care.
