SHC is the best Property Management Company we have dealt with. They are very thorough, fair and professional. Cindy has been a pleasure to work with. She is always very prompt to respond to my messages and help out in anyway that she can. We moved to Tennessee from out of state and are very pleased with our rental (sight unseen) and the process of being able to handle all the paperwork online.
