Clean up at the end of each day. Turn all lights off in the home at the end of the day and don’t leave air turned down low for days in a row. At the end of project became unreachable after last payment even tho not everything was completed. Be more organized and respectful of pieces of furniture in the house. Put down drop clothes while painting to keep paint drops off of the floors, ect. Haul off debris that was left in driveway. Hardwood floors feel like sand paper are not smooth at all. Transition strips never got put down and are also not stained as asked and are also rough like the hardwood floors. Door was not put back on hinges and frame painted as promised. Don’t saw wood under carport and get everything filthy. I Spent have a day cleaning leftover trash and dust off of carport. Found several nails and carpet tacks throughout the house.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer quality services at a cost you can afford. We bid our projects honestly and upfront with no hidden fees or pricing. I will always encourage tips amd tricks to the customer that may save them on a project. For instance if you have your mind set on a particular material, I will always inform you of a similar or same product that is cheaper.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact via phone, email, etc. I always like to follow up with a face to face visit and thoroughly discuss the project. Selection of materials and time line of the project can affect overall pricing. Once materials, budget, and estimate have all been agreed upon, work can start as early as the following day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father was a jack of all trades and passed that knowledge on to me. Over the past 12 years I have continued building upon that knowledge. I am constantly gaining new skills and experience in all aspects of construction.
