- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Weddings, Engagements, Lifestyle, Newborn, Family, Senior and General Portrait we offer standard packages which are comprised of our most sought after services and options. However we also offer a “build your own” option that allows clients to create the ultimate package designed just for them! All commercial photography projects are highly unique therefore we do not offer standard pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We attempt to learn all aspects of our client’s event. In effort to make this process easy and minimize any detail(s) being overlooked, we created very easy to use online forms we have our clients complete that provides us an in depth understanding of their event. By learning the details it helps us prepare for the event as well as review these details with our clients prior to the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being involved in the entertainment industry to having over 20 years of hands on shooting experience and years of training and studying of all aspects of photography from composition to lighting,. Vicki’ has over 15 years in Art, design and photography.
