Mingo and his crew were amazing! We had very bad wood rot on 2 exterior doors and water was pouring inside. We had several other companies look & quote the job but they were either way out of line on pricing or did not want to even do the job. M&D fairly quoted the job of replacing the 2 door jamb's, rim joist board, flashing and other wood rot. They did an excellent job! The carpentry looks perfect and no more leaking! All for a very honest fair price. We would highly recommend Mingo & his crew for any carpentry, drywall or other project. Thanks again!

They were very responsive throughout the process of hanging our drywall. The price was also reasonable compared to most contractors in the city. Just be very specific on what work you want done so both parties involved are happy. Will use again!

Milys Construction replaced some pipes in our basement ,tub drain and replaced part of our ceiling due to water damage. They worked fast , efficiently and courteously cleaned up. We are very pleased with the work they did and would recommend them to anyone.
