Steve is great! He was punctual to the job, had great communication, very knowledgeable in woodworking/carpentry and handled all of my home inspection report repairs with ease. The quality of his work is top notch. He is honest and a very hard worker. The price he charged me for the work was extremely reasonable. He did such a great job and completed everything with such efficiency that I ended up giving him more money than he quoted me as a gratuity. To say that I am extremely happy with the results would an understatement. If you need any work done around your home Steve is the guy to hire!

Steve was hired to to do what we thought was a simple tile job, replacing missing/damaged tiles to the shower wall in our recently purchased home. After removing the old tile, we were shocked to find out that the walls were totally rotted out! Upon further inspection he discovered the floor (and subflooring) under the tub was rotted also! The cause of all the water damage? Old, rusty deteriorated plumbing fixtures (pipes, drains faucets) that were hidden from plain view. Steve "held our hand" every step of the way, assuring us through his calm demeanor, expertise and skill as he spent the next three days tearing out all old bath and shower components (including floors and walls) and totally rebuilding and installing the new shower and tub! Knowing we were first time homeowners who just moved in, he was extremely generous with the bill he presented to us. We will definitely call on him for future repairs/remodel projects!

Each job is different and the degree of difficulty changes. Prices are based off of fair market price for the area .We Work with our customers to accommodate their needs within a budget that is reasonable to their needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with my customers discuss their needs and get a good feel for what they are trying to accomplish. I like to go over the pros and cons involved and come up with a good solution.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an A.A.S degree in industrial electricity along with 27 years of industrial commercial and residential construction experience
