What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically will try to run discounts every month. Depending on style of cleans. When it is your 1st clean I will give you 10% off and 100% guaranteed if you are not satisfied I will either fix it until you are or you will receive a free cleaning!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I previously worked many years for a cabin cleaning company as well for Ski mountain lodge. Along with running my own small company for 3 years before Covid.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in this line of work about 15 years ago working for Cabins For You in Gatlinburg, Tn. Oddly I have always had a love for cleaning! The moment I heard the owner of Cabins for you tell her story of how she started extremely successful company, I always dreamt that one day I would do the same!
