He responded quickly, arrived right on time, and took the time to discuss placement options to get the perfect height and angle Professionalism & Expertise: He located studs precisely, ensured the mount was securely anchored, and concealed cables with no wires showing anywhere. He was very thoughtful with the setup and mindful of where and how I wanted it mounted. He was very clean and efficient: with the install taking less than 1 hour.
