We would like to thank Pastor Zach for the wonderful job he did officiating our wedding. Wow. Pastor Gary was phenomenal. When we spoke he was very professional and asked a lot of questions. For getting married the first time, we don’t really know what we want so we were glad that he was able to give us a run down of what he generally does [we loved it and we went with it] We felt comfortable enough just to hand it over to him and take the stress off our shoulders. The ceremony itself was amazing too. I’m normally a crier for such intimate moments, but the way Pastor Gary handled it with such a flow- I didn’t cry, I giggled. Strangest thing, but he worked with that too. Cannot recommend him enough!!

I cannot say enough good things about Pastor Gary! I found him on Thumbtack, did a little background research, and was very impressed with his work and character. He sent my husband and I a questionnaire that we filled out separately a couple weeks prior to the wedding. With just a few short questions, Pastor Gary personalized our ceremony to make it very special and meaningful. Pastor Gary was punctual and professional throughout our interactions. We had minimal communications (2 brief emails, and a day-of ceremony chat), and he executed our wishes for the ceremony with the perfect amount of grace and heart.

Pastor Gary was wonderful. He kept us posted all the way up to our Wedding Day. He drove 1 and a half hours each way. The vows were beautiful and he made the vows extremely personal. It was the best and most memorable day for us. Highly recommended.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$300 includes attending a meeting with the bride and groom to plan the ceremony. Attending and assisting with rehearsal. Officiating the ceremony. Filing all documentation for the couple after the ceremony. Additional charge for traveling more than 50 miles to the ceremony.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After booking I begin correspondence through email, text and voice. When able schedule a face to face meeting where we talk through the events of the wedding. This is time to decide exactly how much the client wants the officiant to be apart of the wedding. (prayer before serving food, prayer before rehearsal, etc...)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have experience in event planning and food service to assist in ways that are different from most officiants.
