The task at my house was to find what caused my clothes dryer to stop mid-load and take appropriate action. If the dryer could be repaired for less than the cost of a new one, then repair it; if not, then I would pay Bennie for the house call and buy a new one. Bennie almost immediately identified the problem as a burnt-out fuse. By replacing the fuse the dryer worked again. His knowledge and skill thus saved me hundreds of dollars I would have spent on a new dryer.

The House Mechanic responded to my initial message immediately. He was professional and able to sync his calendar with mine. The price to repair my dryer was less than what I anticipated and it took less time as well. He arrived masked and ready to work.
