The task at my house was to find what caused my clothes dryer to stop mid-load and take appropriate action. If the dryer could be repaired for less than the cost of a new one, then repair it; if not, then I would pay Bennie for the house call and buy a new one. Bennie almost immediately identified the problem as a burnt-out fuse. By replacing the fuse the dryer worked again. His knowledge and skill thus saved me hundreds of dollars I would have spent on a new dryer.
