- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer Affordable, Dependable, Quality Services! There are no burnt out, hourly paid crews here! You get the Owner doing the entire project himself with one assistant who is there to help clean up/out the debris, make sure Jake has the right tools and spread Mulch or Rock. The pictures that you see on our profile, 95% of the layout, design, planting, trimming, pruning etc., has been done by only Jake. His work ethic is impeccable. He works AS a crew of 5 men. We are dedicated, love what we do & our mission is to make your project, whatever it is, achieve the utmost BEST results! Your project will get a thorough walk-through & we want to know your vision so we can make it a reality!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive a request for services, we schedule a time for an in-person consultation at the property needing services. We do this to meet with you personally, to really know specifics of what you'd like to have done. We will then send you the Free Quote through email, Thumbtack or by text for you to view through our Square system. Once a Quote is Accepted, we will then schedule your project asap! It's that easy! We want this to be an easy, comfortable & exciting process for you because, it should be! Your happiness is important to us from start to finish!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jake is an 82nd Airborne, Army Wounded Veteran but that doesn't stop him doing what he does best; transforming properties! He has extensive knowledge & experience working with many types of Trees, Hedges, Bushes, Plants etc. He also has 5 years experience with Painting the Exterior of Homes as well as Pressure Washing & Gutter Cleaning. Jake is very detail oriented, creative, his work ethic is top notch & he will never walk away from a project until YOU are happy! We do jobs right, the first time!
