- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary depending on traveling and if booked more than once for your event or events you could possibly get a discount . I will add in traveling fee to your destination depending on mileage. Prices are negoitable unless set by me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make sure you get details on their event such as: indoor event or outdoor event ? What kind of event? Birthday party and etc. Make sure they understand what your job is and etc. Also, see if they have any questions for you and answer them . Give them a quote and explain the quote if they have questions about price quote. Make sure you stay in contact with them up until the event in case things change.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Learned and worked with a magician for a few years.
