Introduction: With my girls by my side they help entertain the kids (at no extra cost) by creating balloon arts to keep your little ones happy. Many kids get anxious waiting for their turn for their face to be painted. Our girls are currently in the process of learning magic as well to better serve our events and bring wows and smiles to little ones faces. We love the smiles we place on little ones faces!

Lorraine and her kids were awesome! She did an excellent job at my 3year olds birthday party. Very impressed with the face paintings and her kids did great creating balloon characters for the other kids that were waiting to get their faces painted and all for a VERY reasonable price. I would highly recommend The Cheek Chick for your special occasion!

Lorraine is just flat out fabulous! Did a fantastic job. My 6 year old son loved her at his party. She took the appropriate amount of time with each child. And her face painting is out of this world. She had a portfolio of what she has done in the past and even if what the kids wanted wasn't in there, she could do it. Very creative. Will most definitely be recommending her, and be using her again at future parties.

Artistry at its Best. We asked Lorraine to help with our Fall Festival on Base, Not only did she stay for the set amount of time she made sure each child had a design done. She not only is a great artist but had her own little shop & display to help people choose & a bonus was she brought her child who entertained the kids with her balloon designs. Her prices are very reasonable, the quality of her designs were Amazing & we are trying to plan another event where we could ask her to come be a part of our Family for a few hours because that's how she makes you feel.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is standard. I do have a 2 hour minimum. Company events tend to reasonably increase in price due to the number of hours they reserve. I have been told I am the most affordable in town and I'm the only one that offers balloon arts with the face painter at no additional costs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I receive a quote or call regarding prices and my work I verbally disclose my prices and ask that the patron visit my Facebook page which shows photos of my work. I also ask that they call around for more quotes and check out other artist work. I am not as good as many others so if someone wants extreme face painting I don't want to disappoint them. Id prefer to be honest and send them to a expanded painter.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Ive been face painting my kids for 15 years. My husband said "My love...your so good at what you do...why dont you try professionally face painting for others?". Thats what got my started in my line of work. However, my work in general started with a cheek!
