- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward and based on the type of issue you’re dealing with. Most jobs fall into a flat hourly rate, Wi-Fi fixes, PC tune-ups, printer setup, smart home troubleshooting, etc. If something is more complex, I’ll always explain the cost before starting. No hidden fees, no surprise charges. I also offer bundled discounts for homes or small businesses that need multiple services at once.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking a few quick questions to understand the issue. From there, I offer an estimate and set a time that works for you. When I arrive, I diagnose the problem, explain what needs to be done in plain English, and get to work. After everything is fixed, I walk you through the solution and make sure everything is running the way you want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work professionally as a Systems Administrator, managing networking, cloud services, and IT systems for a major news station. I have years of hands-on experience with Wi-Fi optimization, troubleshooting, PC performance, smart home setups, and security best practices. I'm also pursuing my Master's in Information Technology, which keeps my skills sharp and up-to-date.
