- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We're always looking at what's trending in the pest control industry, whether it's the newest products, or scrolling pest control threads to learn from others. We're always staying in tune to what's going on around us thats what is going to keep me at our best and at the top of our field. Pest product knowledge is very important in this field and not knowing what your selling can be brutal. You can never stop learning and continuing your education in any trade.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The customer makes the final decision. Research every company you speak with. What did you like most about that specific company? Will you always have the same technician or is it a different face every time? Know your budget. Look at all the company reviews. Know what your service is covering you for. Would you refer your friends or neighbors? Last but not least pay attention and take notes.
