I’m happy to review 3G garage door repair service. One of the spring was broken and the door wouldn’t open properly. They (Garett and his colleague) responded quickly, replaced the spring efficiently, and made sure everything was rebalanced and safe before leaving. It has been holding well since December. They were professional, courteous, explained the steps involved and we were able to come to an understanding on the cost of repair. I would reach out to them again if in case of trouble. Thank you.

I called in a Sunday morning literally hours before I had to report to work. My car was literally trapped in my garage because my spring had broken! I couldn’t even manually lift the door! Garett responded and got to me within 30 minutes! He gave me a range of quotes for me to choose from. I decided to go the mid-range for the warranty. He was finished in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend him. He was quick, friendly, knowledgeable, and fair in his pricing. I will be calling him back out after the holidays to repair my keypad! I can’t thank him enough for his quick assistance!

Garett was extremely helpful. Our torsion spring snapped and he responded to my inquiry and came out and fixed it right up. He also educated me on everything i needed to know about garage door maintenance, signs to look out for to spot when things are going bad, and was just overall very pleasant.
