- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am certainly not the most expensive o tract but I don’t go as low as the cheapest one. I take my time to make thing happen properly and that have a cost. My work price is made in base of the cost of labore, material, risk; and my personal profit with which I make my salary. My way to think is “be fare with my self and be fare with my customers”.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For simple projects: - I call the customer and make an appointment. - Visit the customer at the place of the project. - Take notes of all of the needs of the customer. - Develop a quotation and send it to a given e-mail, and make another appointment if necessary to speak about the details such as colors, shapes, spaces, materials, to develop an accurate quotation. - Ones te Quotation is approved and I’ve received the first payment It take 3 days to prepare the logistics, personal and material to start the project. - the project starts covering al that can be damaged. - We have short meetings with the customer from time to time in order that the client know the workers and express if something has change toward the color designs, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I Studied Civil Engineering at the University of Santiago Mariño, Venezuela, Aragua. Have done courses of development, structures. Planing to study at University of Texas.
