What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide competitive pricing that offers homeowners quality work within a reasonable budget. The value of our work and project management is high. Modern Home Remodeling is aware of every project's needs and provides custom solutions; therefore, prices can vary according to the scope of work. We offer a reasonable payment schedule, allowing clients to pay as we progress.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a Design-to-Build approach. One of our designers or project managers will meet the client at their home. The consultation and measurements are free. After that, a quote will be sent within 48 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have more than 10 years of experience in the field. Our remodeling projects are completed by licensed contractors and adhere to all codes and permits.
