This guys did an amazing job. I am very happy with the material selection for my new kitchen cabinets and new countertops. Everything looks good and the installation was smooth with no interference. The communication with Danielle the project manager was great, he updated me every day about the construction progress in my new property investment home.

I only reviews for 5 star experiences. I vetted 2 other vendors and chose Modern Home. Their initial quote was certainly not the lowest. I decided to go ahead with the company because since it included project management, assistance with design, and materials selection. For example, David, communicated daily and was able to explain everything in a manner that didnt infantilizing me. Without his assistance and Danielles, I would have been a deer in the headlights. For example, they helped when it came to figuring out the proper wood floors for me - they explained that there are so many options, not just solid wood. They told me the pros and cons of each type of floor. Apparently there are laminate floors, engineered floors (and solid - which I knew about). Also glued vs floating - I felt informed and that because of her I made a solid decision. Also, the crew cleaned up after themselves everyday - this was especially important because I was living in the back of the house.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide competitive pricing that offers homeowners quality work within a reasonable budget. The value of our work and project management is high. Modern Home Remodeling is aware of every project's needs and provides custom solutions; therefore, prices can vary according to the scope of work. We offer a reasonable payment schedule, allowing clients to pay as we progress.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a Design-to-Build approach. One of our designers or project managers will meet the client at their home. The consultation and measurements are free. After that, a quote will be sent within 48 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have more than 10 years of experience in the field. Our remodeling projects are completed by licensed contractors and adhere to all codes and permits.
