Hugo is punctual, is quite knowledgeable about everything in a house, and is very thorough. This job entailed repairing an attic ladder and fixing two doors that didn't open/close easily. Hugo took his time to make sure that all items were remedied to my satisfaction. I will definitely call him again when I need something repaired.
