FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive and fair. We charge for labor and material and discuss all expenses with the customer before starting any work. If other expenses are incurred, we also discuss those with the customers as they arise.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a conversation, either over the phone or electronically, so that I can fully understand the customer’s wants and needs. After the initial conversation, I’ll meet the customer on-site. At that point, we typically do more planning, have further discussions, or start working.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I formed Rich Property Maintenance in 2016 after deciding to leave the corporate world behind and start my own small business. I obtained a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the University of Texas at Dallas (Whoosh), but soon realized that my true passion lay in helping others with their landscaping and property maintenance needs.
