What a great experience all-around! You hear so many horror stories. Not with Miki! We just replaced all our windows and needed new blinds. Miki was quick to respond and brought samples and made recommendations based on our window style, the vibe we wanted and our budget. I wanted blinds rather than shades but was concerned about the amount of light coming in at night from the slats in my previous Lowe's blinds. Miki had the PERFECT solution! The design of the blinds he recommended resolved that issue completely. We are thrilled that our bedroom is so dark now and we are sleeping GREAT. And we love the look and operation of the blinds. Very sleek and no clunky valance that tilts and falls off! After about a month, I called Miki and asked if he would come out and see if he could adjust a couple of the blind brackets. (We live in a 100-year-old house and nothing is straight! LOL He responded quickly, bringing his installer, and took care of it. No problem! Miki is so personable, friendly, professional and was just a joy to work with. He didn't try to up-sell or over-sell. Again, just a great experience. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him!

From the start until the project was finished, Miki was quick to respond and explained the entire process in details. He also went through different possible scenarios to let us know what to expect. The quality work of his installer -Raul- was superb and his price was very reasonable. I will recommend him to all of my family and friends.

My experience to date has been great. Miki arrived at the appointed time and got to work with the window measurements. Then was shown several blind options to select from. Due to delays in getting interior painting completed Miki has been working with me on the final installation. So far has been a great experience.
