This is an update. After going back and forth, we came to a resolution. I hate to have done this but right is right and wrong is wrong. They have made things right. Thank you Lawnstarter, I appreciate it. But they came when expected and the pro did a good job. I look at my account only to find out he said my yard was over 9” and they were charging me extra. My yard definitely was not. Then they set me up for lawn treatment which I did not ask for. I had it canceled. Customer service is slow. Be sure, if you need to contact them you have an extra 30 minutes or more. Too many issues and surprise charges popping up. If you decide to go with them keep your eyes open to extra charges and services. I have two more mows under their contract and I will find another service. If you go with them please be careful and check your account.

We price using your address to determine the actual lawn size and then use the lowest industry rates for the area to quote you the best offer that we can.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically our customers like to call in because it is easy and quick, we are able to give an accurate quote just using your address. They can also schedule entirely online at ***************. From there, we typically reserve a weekly time or bi-weekly depending on a customers' needs. We also set them up with a customer account so they can manage their service online as they please.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our lawn care professionals are certified, licensed, and insured!
