We do not hire sales people. Most work on 100% commission and will do and say anything to get your business. The average life of a roof salesman is 2 months. Most are untrained and have no idea how to give helpful advice or money saving tips.
We ( CJ and Alfredo, the 2 owners) take time to meet every customer and listen to each customer's individual needs before giving the most money efficient proposal to meet their needs. We have worked with our crews for more than 2 years and hire quality, reliable talent for labor.

I contracted this company to remodel my living room, restore my hardwood floor, install new entry doors and a couple of other small custom projects related to the same room. I was impressed by their hard work, attention to detail and fair pricing. I will definitely use them again.

This was a major revitalization of a 2000 sq. Ft. House. We did two walk through. First to define the s ope and type of work. The second was to modify the scope for items learned in the walk through. With the scope set and the description of the work updated, it helped manage our expections. The work was done to the agreed upon specs. There were no change orders necessary. Where the workman did wall repairs, the retexturing of the wall was undetectible. We can say enough about the Carsa folks. Their work is excellent and show a great deal of skill and experience. They were easy to work with.
We strongly recommend you have a detailed description of the work you want done before you begin taking bids. It worked well for us
Details: Multiple room remodel • Entire house • No existing plans, but have a good idea of what I want • No, the project is not covered by an insurance claim • Within the month

Carsa Construction recently completed repairs and updates in my home after a hot water heater malfunction. They handled everything drywall repair, carpet replacement, painting, and a full kitchen update that completely transformed the space. Communication was clear and consistent from day one, and CJ went above and beyond by helping me navigate the insurance process to ensure all affected areas were covered.Throughout the project, CJ and his team were professional, friendly, and meticulous in their work. They kept the workspace clean and made sure every detail was addressed. When a few minor hiccups came up, CJ and Armando (Project Manager) responded immediately and resolved them without hesitation. The level of care, responsiveness, and quality they delivered made this a genuinely positive experience. I would gladly hire Carsa Construction again and strongly recommend them to anyone seeking a trustworthy contractor.

I found Carsa Construction on Thumbtack, and I had never heard of either company prior to this project. Thumbtack allowed me to get six quotes for a small construction job, and Carsa offered the best overall value. They were very good, they completed the project in a reasonable amount of time and did a great job. The workers were completely reliable and I had no concerns giving them access to my home while everyone was at work. I would use them again and probably will have them help with other projects.

FAQs
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Meet your contractor in person. Being on time and keeping appointments is very important and shows responsibility and that they value your time and the job.
Always ask to see license and insurance. This weeds out most under reliable and pass-by-night contractors
